Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Utilize elevated levels of marketing and sales to maximize sales performance; meet sales goals.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and leads generation
- Develop and execute monthly sales and marketing plans that targets expansion to our existing customers as well as new ones.
- Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
- Provide the highest level of customer service and support to customers.
- As a member of our team, you will help customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have, as well as provide support and assistance to your colleagues.
- 1-3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience
- University degree or College Diploma preferably in Sales/Marketing or Business Management.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English and Swahili.
- Abililty to qualify leads and opportunities whether presented to you or if you have to source your own leads.
- Candidate with openness, approachability and sincerity
- Candidate wit enthusiasm and passion for assisting customers and helping to understand their unique needs
- With integrity and drive to succeed with passion for continuous learning and self development.
- With ability to get past the gate-keepers and in front of the decision-makers.
- Initiate all aspects of the sales process including scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding customers needs and requirements; researching industries; building rapport with potential customers; explaining the details of our products and services capabilities;
